Material:

Milk: 250 grams
Almond: 10-12
Saffron: 2 pinches
Sugar: 2 teaspoons
Cardamom powder: 1/4 teaspoon

Recipe:

  • First of all, if you want to make almond milk in the morning, then put 10-12 almonds to flourish at night.
  • Then peel it out of water in the morning and it peels off very easily.
  • Add 50 grams of milk and grind it well.
  • And here I have made almond paste.
  • Then keep the remaining milk on the gas for boiling.
  • After the milk starts boiling, add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron and mix it.
  • Then add ground almond paste and mix while covering and cook for a while.
  • And here you can see that our almond milk is ready. Now keep it to cool for a while.
  • Now take it out in a glass and decorate it with a few almond pieces and some donations of saffron. And our almond milk is ready.

Suggestion:

If you want, you can add any other dry fruits (cashew nuts, peanuts, etc.) along with almonds.
